Absolutely amazing service from the booking my move to the end. Movers were so fast and well organized. They arrive on time, worked hard and were very respectful. Nothing was broken or damaged. I would highly recommend and will use them again in the future. 10/10

Five Star did a fantastic job moving my Jacuzzi from my driveway to the backyard with no damage to my hardscaping or hot tub. They included unpacking in the same flat rate. There were several narrow gateways and sharp turns, but they didn't give up. Job well done!

“Stress-free” is an understatement! Jason and Stephan went above and beyond to help me ‘Marie Kondo’ my storage unit. In just two hours, we were able to rearrange and donate all my bulky items and fish out various smaller others. Truly a pleasure working with them both.

Five Star Moving felt like how a moving company should be. I called on Sunday and got help the next day moving some furniture from my old place to my new place. The booking agent was great to work with and got me sorted out quickly. The movers, Alejandro and Noe, showed up on time and handled all of my furniture carefully. Everything was wrapped and transported with great care. They were kind, professional and efficient. I'm very happy with their service and would recommend them.

Alejandro and Carlos were so professional and so helpful! I've used other movers before but this was by far the best and easiest move I've had. They were careful with my furniture and boxes, and to top it off, they were kind! Moving can be so stressful but they made me feel taken care of. Can't recommend them enough!

Five Star Moving is truly the best. This is our second time using the moving company for our local move and it took so much stress and physical pain from the entire process. I can’t recommend 5 Star Moving enough for our recent move from Santa Barbara to Culver City. I requested a quote on a weekend and was shocked to get a response within an hour! Carlos and Onee arrived 30 minutes early and had a 2-bedroom house loaded in under two hours. They handled three different drop-off locations (storage, senior living, and a private residence) with total professionalism. Communication with the dispatcher was exemplary—we always knew exactly where the truck was. If you want a stress-free move between SB and LA, this is the team to call.
